Job Brief

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer with a talent for crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing digital landscapes. This role is tailored for an individual who thrives on understanding user needs, translating them into interactive designs, and ultimately enhancing user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • User-Centric Design: Develop user personas, map user journeys, and design wireframes and mockups based on user needs.
  • Interactive Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to illustrate the functionality and aesthetics of applications and websites.
  • Collaborative Iterations: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Feedback Integration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize the user interface.
  • Design Consistency: Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio that showcases an array of web and mobile projects, highlighting both UI and UX expertise.
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and others.
  • Knowledge of Front-End: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is advantageous.
